Damaged and defective product

DO NOT CONTACT US!  PLEASE, CONTACT ITS MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY and follow their return instructions for damaged, defective, and wrong product. 

Please inspect your order upon reception immediately and contact its manufacturer DIRECTLY (within 7 days from the reception date) if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive a wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
